“He has told you, O man, what is good;
and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God..."
-Micah 6:8
Inspired by Micah 6:8, we are committed to selling & sipping coffee in order to save the human trafficked around the world.
Doing justice is the Christian's natural expression of being shown merciful justice through Jesus.
Therefore, Micah 6:8 Coffee Roasters exists to respond to this great love of God that He has shown towards us by loving others in the way that God has loved us...by showing merciful justice.
It’s not enough to stay out of injustice. God calls us to “do justice.”
But it’s not enough to merely “do justice.” God calls us to "love His kindness."
Loving God’s kindness towards us has motivated us to do kind justice on others.
Experiencing Christ’s kindness that freed us from sin through His crucifying justice on our condemned behalf, likewise, has led us to seek freedom for those who are sexually enslaved.
God’s justice is kind because He wasn’t obligated to rescue us, but He wanted to rescue us from sin and condemnation, so He did through Christ.
God’s justice towards us was even more kind because He could have required that we work our way out of spiritual slavery, but He sent Jesus Christ to willingly work for our debt of death by paying the due penalty for our sins to free us for eternal life!
Therefore, Micah 6:8 Coffee Roasters seeks to demonstrate God’s kindness towards us by doing “kind justice” for others by paying a price for them to be set free in this life and the next. Let us strive with effort for them just as Jesus strived for us.

"11 Rescue those who are being taken away to death;
hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.
12 If you say, 'Behold, we did not know this,'
does not he who weighs the heart perceive it?
Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it,
and will he not repay man according to his work? "
