We don't grow alone. We grow together by prioritizing our community of faith
(Gal. 6:10, Hebrews 10:24-25).
We grow deeper in doctrine, tighter in unity, which widens our
impact for the glory of God
(John 17:17-23).
We grow with Christ as our catalyst (Col. 2:19), His love as our life (1 John 4:10), the Gospel as our goal (Phil. 1:27), with the help of the Holy Spirit (Rom. 5:5).
We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the Word of God and that it is plenarily and verbally inspired and is our sole authority in all matters of faith and practice. We believe it is truth without any mixture of error in its matter (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:21, 1 Corinthians 2:13, Mark 13:11, Acts 1:16).
We believe in the one and only true God, maker and supreme ruler of Heaven and earth. We believe in the divine Triunity of God-- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, eternally co-existing and equal in essence and attributes, yet distinct in office and activity (Mark 12:29, John 1:14-4:54, Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Corinthians 13:14).
We believe in Jesus Christ as both fully God and fully human. He is the only begotten Son of God, born of a virgin birth, One who lived a sinless life, performed many miracles, died on the cross for all humanity, bodily resurrected from the grave, ascended into Heaven, lives to make intercession for the saints and will personally and imminently return to earth some day and inaugurate His Kingdom (John 3:16, Matthew 1:21-23, John 1:14, 8:46, 2 John 7, Romans 5:8-11, Hebrews 7:25, Acts 1:9-11, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18).
We believe that man was made in the image of God. Therefore, every human is created equally and is equally cherished by God regardless of age, gender, race, or class. Although mankind was originally created sinless and pure mirrors of God's image, mankind sinned in Adam as the natural head of the race and has distorted God's image, without completely losing it. Mankind is now born into sin by nature and choice. Therefore, humanity is in need of redemption from sin and salvation to God through the ransom of Jesus (Genesis 1:26, 2:17, Romans 5:12-19, Ephesians 2:1-3).
We believe that our redemption has been accomplished solely by the shedding of Christ's blood, that salvation is appropriated by faith in Christ alone; and that by this faith we are justified from all things. This salvation is apart from human works or ceremonies (Leviticus 17:11, Matthew 26:28, Romans 5:1, 6-9, 11:6, Ephesians 2:8-9, Gal. 2:16).
We believe that the Church of Jesus Christ is a living spiritual body of which He is the Head and of which all regenerated persons are members (1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 1:22-23, 4:1-16).
We believe in the resurrection of the body, the eternal conscious existence of all men either in the presence of the LORD or in the lake of fire; in divine judgement; in rewards and punishment; and in certain fulfillment of all Biblical prophecies (1 Cor. 15:35-58, Revelation 20:12-15, 2 Corinthians 15:10-11).
